STW Direct may assist with fitment recommendations but final responsibility remains with the customer.

6. Installation Services

Installation appointments are subject to availability.

Customers must disclose:

STW Direct is not responsible for fitment issues caused by undisclosed modifications.

7. No Shipping Policy

At this time, STW Direct does not offer tire shipping services. Orders are intended for local pickup and/or installation.

8. Returns

Returns may be approved only at STW Direct's discretion.

Returned products must:

• Be unused
• Not have been mounted
• Be in original condition

Special-order items may not be eligible for return.

Restocking fees may apply.

9. Manufacturer Warranties

Tires and wheels are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties.

STW Direct does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated.

Warranty claims may require inspection and manufacturer approval.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STW Direct shall not be liable for:
